Project Scope:
We provide value added services at every level of a project. Obviously the most critical
part of any project is the definition of scope and then clearly defined high level
requirements. From here we will work with either an internal or external development
department to get a dollar and time sizing for the effort. At this point the stake holders
have their first Go/No-Go decision.
Development Management:
We typically lean toward an "agile" development process that allows us to present back
to the stake holders tangible working product at the earliest stage. It is our belief that
the first several iterations of development should attempt to take a thin slice through the
entire project. This allows us to discover any key development issues that might stop
the project from being successful.
Project Management:
We provide comprehensive project management at all levels of the project using the
iterative approach. We set clear targets per iteration so there is visibility into the
project's progress. This provides accountability for both the development and
management teams by this continuous build-review-approve approach.
Strategic Planning:
Due to the numerous projects we have been involved with, we can provide high value
experience when evaluating your company's current goals and the projects identified to
reach those goals. Unfortunately, the success rate for large complex integrated
projects is below 50% largely due to the inability to control scope, deliver working
product in iterations and properly setting expectations with the users given the project.
We can be a valuable partner at the table when assessing your firm's 3 to 5 year project
